Loyola Joseph, Executive Director


Is the Founder/Executive Director of FOOD and has been involved in all departments of FOOD's projects including planning, project formulation, financial planning, management and monitoring & evaluation. Loyola Joseph has over 25 years experience in applied multi-disciplinary research and consultancy work. He has worked at all levels from Government to NGOs and has extensive regional field experience in India and Asia. His work has covered a range of environmental and social fields together with education, health and development issues. He has specialized particularly in ICT and micro enterprise development with a focus on indigenous communities. He has a strong history of consulting for major international donors, development agencies and Governments. Santosh Narayanan, Project Leader


Has more than 7 years experience in project management. He has specialized in ICTs in addition to which he possesses multidisciplinary exposure in social development projects such as community- owned enterprise development, micro-credits, water and sanitation, etc. His responsibilities include project formulation, preparation of operation manuals, management of in-house specialists and external sub-contractors/ consultants, project documentation and monitoring & evaluation of international inter-disciplinary projects. Julian Joseph, Communication specialist


Julian has more than five years experience working as a communication specialist. He started his career as an executive in charge of corporate communications before joining FOOD. For the past 4 years he has played a key role in public relation and communications at FOOD by coordinating with NGOs, and government at local, regional and national level; maintain close liaison with donors and partners; and reporting on programs relating to empowering women community in the urban semi urban and rural areas and rural education. He has proved his ability to provide proactive leadership in developing and mobilizing organizational resources through strategy planning and external resources through public relation.


He has networked with organizations not only in India but also in other parts of Asia and Europe for fund raising, developing partnership in research and public relations. He has adequate computer skills and is comfortable with several computer packages like MS Office 2000, Linux Star Office, Adobe PageMaker, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw 9 etc. He is very dependable and believes in collaboration at work, being a good team member with responsibility and a sincere desire to produce positive results with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
